About Me
I was born in May 1987 in Fatih, Istanbul. I think I am one of the last Istanbul children who could spend their childhood playing with their neighborhood friends all day long. I completed primary and secondary school in Fındıkzade Primary School with my friends from all socio-economic classes in a very friendly environment. I think that the time from playing on the street to my middle school graduation has made me have many advantages for the next phases of my life without realizing it, especially in terms of EQ and empathy. Just in the year when we were going to take the exam for middle school, primary and secondary schools were combined and we did not take the exam. Everyone attended middle school in their primary school.

Afterwards, I continued my education at BeÅŸiktaÅŸ Atatürk Anatolian High School, with the effect of being a strong BeÅŸiktaÅŸ fan since childhood. We weren't a cult school, but we were definitely a unique and special school. I still remember the biology lessons we took in English.

In 2010, I started at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering. In the spring semester of 2008-2009, with the help of some luck (I was in the reserve list), I went to Benevento, a small southern city of Italy, to do Erasmus at the Universita degli Studi del Sannio. On my Erasmus return, I started working and worked at Toyota, Henkel and L'oréal... After my graduation, I started at Philip Morris and held many sales, marketing and digital transformation roles both globally and locally.

I clearly remember my dream when I graduated. Having a good salary and a job where I regularly fly to meetings. Life met this request at a very early time. Throughout my professional life, I worked at the headquarters and abroad for 3 and a half years. Due to my job, I have traveled to nearly 100 countries. If this had not happened, maybe I would still be struggling to move up the corporate life ladder. Luck is also important in life in general.
Afterwards, when I was sure that my successful and very predictable career no longer excited me and was not suitable for me, I resigned and returned to Istanbul and took a step into entrepreneurship.

I am passionate about working with clear, intelligent people who want to change anything for better. I think my greatest strength is my ability to create an environment that encourages people to go beyond their potential and perceived limits.

I am constantly learning and transforming on this new journey. Thanks to this transformation, I decided to share my views on some topics when I find time, and I brought this site to life.

Cheers.
